REFUND POLICY
AtΒ PurrfectClub, every product is made to order after the customer places an order. This means each item is custom produced specifically for that purchase.
Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons such as choosing the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, ordering the wrong item, or changing your mind after placing the order.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Print-on-Demand Refund & Return Policy
Since our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are not supported for:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Wrong color selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product choice
- Ordering the wrong item
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings
- Minor print placement variations
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
To review your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A short explanation of the problem
If the issue qualifies, the available solution may include:
- A free replacement
- A refund
- Another suitable support solution depending on the case
In most cases, damaged or defective products do not need to be returned unless requested.
Printify explains that because print-on-demand products are unique and produced only after an order is placed, returns and exchanges are not supported for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. For damaged products or manufacturing errors, Printify may offer a free reprint or refund when the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo showing the issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery.
After reviewing your request, we may ask for additional details or photos to confirm the issue.
Please note that we cannot approve replacements or refunds for issues that are not considered defects, such as minor color differences from screen display settings or small print placement differences within normal production tolerance.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or replacements for:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Wrong color ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Customer ordering the wrong product
- Products no longer wanted after delivery
- Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Minor color differences caused by device screens
- Minor print placement variations
- Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
Because each item is made specifically for the order, returned products cannot be restocked or resold.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel, edit, or update the order because the item is already being made specifically for the customer.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.
Lost or Unsuccessful Delivery
If your package appears lost during shipping, please contact us so we can review the issue.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempt, or another customer-related shipping issue, a replacement or reshipment may require an additional charge.
Each case will be reviewed based on the tracking information and the order situation.
PurrfectClub Store Refund Option
As an additional customer support option, PurrfectClub may offer a 50% partial refund of the product price in selected cases.
This is a separate option provided by PurrfectClub to help customers when a full return or another standard solution is not preferred or not available.
If this option is approved:
- The customer keeps the product
- No return is required
- The refund is 50% of the product price only
- The refund is processed through PayPal only
- No other refund method is currently available for this option
- Shipping fees, taxes, and extra charges are not included
- This option must be approved by our support team before it can be processed
This partial refund option is reviewed case by case and is not guaranteed for every order. It is offered only as an alternative support solution for customers who would like to keep the product and receive a partial refund instead of other available solutions.
To request this option, please contact us with your order number and a short explanation of your request.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take time to process depending on the payment provider and the type of refund.
For the PurrfectClub 50% partial refund option, the refund is currently processed through PayPal only. The customer must provide a valid PayPal email address after the request is approved.
