What is PurrfectClub?
PurrfectClub is a cute cat-inspired online store made for cat lovers. We offer cat-themed phone cases, t-shirts, sweatshirts, long sleeve shirts, and cozy blankets designed for everyday comfort, cute style, and thoughtful gifts.
What products do you sell?
We currently offer:
- Cute Cat Phone Cases
- Cute Cat T-Shirts
- Cute Cat Sweatshirts
- Purrfect Cozy Blankets
- Long Sleeve Shirts
We do not currently sell mugs, tote bags, pillows, pet toys, or unrelated products.
Are your products ready-made or made to order?
Our products are made to order after a customer places an order. This means each item is produced specially for that purchase.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel, edit, or update the order because the item is already being made specifically for you.
What should I check before placing an order?
Please carefully review:
- Product name
- Size
- Color
- Phone model
- Shipping address
- Quantity
- Product details
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer mistakes such as wrong size, wrong color, wrong phone model, or change of mind.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on the product, destination, production time, and shipping carrier. Since our products are made to order, please allow time for both production and delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we may offer free shipping for a limited time on eligible orders. Free shipping offers may change or end at any time.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Shipping delays can happen due to the carrier, holidays, weather, customs, or high order volume. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but you can contact us if your order appears unusually delayed.
What if my package is marked as delivered but I did not receive it?
If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, please first check with your local delivery provider, neighbors, household members, or building reception. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will review the issue when possible.
Returns and Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Wrong color selected by the customer
- Wrong phone model selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product choice
- Customer ordering the wrong item
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings
- Minor print placement variations
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Printify states that print-on-demand products are unique and produced only after being ordered, so returns and exchanges are not supported when the customer orders the wrong size, wrong color, or changes their mind
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A short explanation of the problem
If the issue qualifies, a free replacement or refund may be offered. Printify also explains that damaged products or manufacturing errors may qualify for a free reprint or refund when reported within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo, and the damaged product usually does not need to be returned
Do I need to return a damaged product?
In most approved damage or manufacturing issue cases, the product does not need to be returned unless requested by our support team.
Can I get a refund if I ordered the wrong size or color?
No. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for wrong size, wrong color, wrong phone model, or incorrect product choice selected by the customer. Printify also states that it does not offer reprints or refunds when the customer orders the wrong size or color
Are small print placement differences considered defects?
Small print placement differences may happen during production and are not always considered defects. Printify notes that for DTG products, a print placement tolerance of up to 0.5 inches is not considered a defect
PurrfectClub Store Refund Option
Do you offer a partial refund option?
Yes. As an additional customer support option, PurrfectClub may offer a 50% partial refund of the product price in selected cases.
This is a separate option provided by PurrfectClub as another choice for the customer when a full return or another standard solution is not preferred or not available.
How does the 50% partial refund option work?
If approved:
- The customer keeps the product
- No return is required
- The refund is 50% of the product price only
- The refund is processed through PayPal only
- No other refund method is currently available for this option
- Shipping fees, taxes, and extra charges are not included
- This option must be approved by our support team before it can be processed
This option is reviewed case by case and is not guaranteed for every order.
How can I request the 50% partial refund option?
Please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A short explanation of your request
- Clear photos if the request is related to a product issue
- Your PayPal email address after approval
Product Questions
Are the colors exactly the same as the photos?
Product colors may look slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, device display, or production process. Slight color differences are not considered defects.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering. Since each product is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size is selected.
How do I choose the correct phone case?
Please make sure you select the correct phone model before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong phone model is selected by the customer.
